MONDO TV: Attivazione prestito titoli in favore di CLG Capital
30 aprile 2024 – Con riferimento alla richiesta di conversione del 26 aprile 2024, comunicata al mercato con comunicato stampa in pari data, Mondo Tv informa che le 679.914 azioni spettanti a CLG Capital per effetto della conversione di un bond del valore di euro 125.000 sono state oggetto di prestito da Mondo Tv S.p.A. in favore di CLG Capital, come previsto dall'accordo di investimento approvato dall'Assemblea straordinaria dei soci dell'11 dicembre 2023 e comunicato al mercato in pari data.
Pertanto la sottoscrizione e l'emissione delle azioni corrispondenti è posticipata alla data di chiusura del prestito, ad oggi non ancora stabilita.
Ad oggi pertanto è invariato il numero di azioni in circolazione ed il relativo capitale sociale, che ammontano rispettivamente a 64.647.770 e ad euro 22.133.059

MONDO TV: Activation of share lending in favor of CLG Capital
30 April 2024 - With reference to the conversion request of 26 April 2024, communicated to the market with a press release on the same date, Mondo TV informs that the 679,914 shares due to CLG Capital following the conversion of a bond worth 125,000 euros were loaned by Mondo TV S.p.A. in favor of CLG Capital, as provided for in the investment agreement approved by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 11 December 2023 and communicated to the market on the same date.
Therefore the subscription and issue of the corresponding shares is postponed to the closing date of the loan, which has not yet been established to date.
To date, therefore, the number of shares in circulation and the related share capital are unchanged, which amount to 64,647,770 and 22,133,059 euros respectively.
