DIMISSIONE DEL PRESIDENTE DEL COLLEGIO SINDACALE
Torino (TO), 30 aprile 2024 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. SB (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto che in data odierna il Presidente del Collegio Sindacale, Dott. Ignazio Pellecchia, ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni per sopraggiunti impegni professionali.
Ai sensi dell'art 30 dello Statuto subentrerà quale Presidente, fino alla successiva assemblea, il Dott. Pession Alberto mentre il Dott. Spano Francesco Maria, primo sindaco supplente appartenente alla lista unica presentata per l'Assemblea degli azionisti del 27 aprile 2023, subentrerà in qualità di sindaco effettivo.
Il CV del dott. Spano Francesco Maria è disponibile sul sito della Società nella sezione "Governance".
L'organo di controllo sarà pertanto reintegrato, per quanto necessario, alla prima assemblea utile.
La Società ringrazia il Dott. Ignazio Pellecchia per il prezioso contributo e l'impegno profuso.
Si precisa che alla data odierna, sulla base delle informazioni disponibili, né il Dott. Ignazio Pellecchia, né il Dott. Pession Alberto, né il Dott. Spano Francesco Maria, detengono azioni della Società.

RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF AUDITORS
Turin, April 30th, 2024 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. SB (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that today the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Dr. Ignazio Pellecchia, has resigned due to professional commitments.
Pursuant to Article 30 of the Statute, until the next meeting, Dr. Pession Alberto will take over as President, while Dr. Spano Francesco Maria, the first alternate auditor belonging to the single list submitted for the Shareholders' Meeting of 27 April 2023, will take over as an effective auditor.
The CV of Dr. Spano Francesco Maria is available on the Company's website in the "Governance" section. The supervisory body will therefore be reinstated, as necessary, at the first useful meeting.
The Company thanks Dr. Ignazio Pellecchia for his valuable contribution and commitment.
Please note that today, based on the information available, neither Dott.Ignazio Pellecchia, neither Dr. Pession Alberto, nor Dr. Spano Francesco Maria, hold shares in the Company.
