MINUTES OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 5, 2024

Milan, 2 May 2023. We inform you that, pursuant to Article 85 paragraph 1-bis of the Consob Issuers' Regulation, the Minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 5 April 2024 were made available today, at the registered office in Milan, Via G. Stephenson 43A, the authorized storage mechanism () and the Company's website at the address: www.generalfinance.it, section: "Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meeting".
