SIMONE S.p.A. APPROVES THE AMENDMENT TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2024

• THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2023 IS ANTICIPATED TO 6 MAY
• THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2023 IS ANTICIPATED TO 13 JUNE

Milan, 3 May 2024 – Simone S.p.A. ("Simone" or the "Company"), a company operating in the publishing sector, following today's meeting of the Board of Directors, announces that it has approved the amendment to the financial calendar 2024.

Therefore, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, it is communicated that the calendar of corporate events for the financial year 2024 has been modified as follows:

• 6 May 2024 Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2023 (originally scheduled date: 28 May 2024);
• 13 June 2024 Meeting of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the annual financial statements as at 31 December 2023 (originally scheduled date: 28 June 2024).

The approval date for the consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2024, scheduled for 27 September 2024, remains unchanged.
