SIMONE S.p.A. APPROVES THE AMENDMENT TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2024

• The company will participate in the "Financial Gala" organized by Integrae Sim on May 21, 2024

Milan, 9 May 2024 – Luca Misso, CEO of Simone S.p.A. ("Simone" or the "Company"), a publishing company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces the following change to the financial calendar 2024.

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, it is noted that the following appointment has been added to the financial calendar 2024:

21 May 2024 - Participation in the "Financial Gala"

All other dates and events already scheduled in the 2024 financial calendar remain unchanged.

The event, organized by Integrae SIM, a leading Italian provider of extraordinary finance for SMEs, and Simone's Euronext Growth Advisor, will be held in Milan, Via Massimo D'Azeglio 3, at the Milan Luiss Hub.

The "Financial Gala" aims to promote encounters and knowledge of the financial world with the world of small and medium-sized enterprises, creating connections, collaborations and the sharing of projects and strategies, with the entire ecosystem of investors.

Attending on behalf of the Company will be the CEO Luca Misso and CFO Anna Mulinaro.
