Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 6 May and 10 May 2024 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 22 April 2024 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 2,502 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.008% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.8280 per share, for a total of Euro 4,573.64.
Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 6 May and 10 May 2024 are enclosed.
