FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Rome, May 22, 2024 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") informs that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting of April 23, 2024 are available to the public, starting from today, at the Company's registered office in Rome, Via Leonida Bissolati No. 76, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2024") as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

Avio is a leading international group engaged in the construction and development of space launchers and solid, liquid and cryogenic propulsion systems.
