Landi Renzo: updated calendar for corporate events 2024
Cavriago (RE), May 23 2024 – Landi Renzo informs that, in view of the timetable relating to redefinition of the medium and long-term financing agreements with the financial institutions and the reorganization and optimization of the financial structure inherent to the same, the Board of Directors deemed it appropriate to update the schedule of both Board and Shareholders' meetings published on March 8, 2024, for approval of the financial results, as follows:

The Board of Directors also expects that the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements as of December 31, 2023 will be held on July 30, 2024, in a single call.
Any changes to the above-mentioned timing will be promptly notified to the market.
