Non- submission of minority lists for the position of Company Auditor
Cagliari, May 23, 2024
Pursuant to article 144-octies, paragraph 2, of the Issuers' Regulation, it is hereby announced that, with regard to the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Tessellis S.p.A., only one list of candidates for the position of Statutory Auditor has been filed by today's date, within the terms set forth in the notice of call.
Therefore, in compliance with the provisions of Article 144-sexies, paragraph 5 of the Issuers' Regulations and Article 18 of the Company's Articles of Association, by 26 May 2024 inclusive, additional lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors may be filed at the Company's registered office, or transmitted by pec to the address [email protected], by shareholders who, alone or together with others, at the time the list is submitted own voting shares representing at least 1.25% of the Company's share capital.
Please note that the lists must be accompanied by all the documentation already indicated in the notice of call of the Shareholders' Meeting available on the website www.tessellis.it - Governance/Shareholders' Meetings area.
