RELATECH: RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD
Milan, 30th of May 2024
Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), announces that, today, Gianni Franco Papa resigned from his position as director and Vice - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, effective May 31, 2024, following his assumption of the prestigious position of CEO of BPER Banca S.p.A.
It should also be noted that, based on information made available to the Company, as of today, Gianni Franco Papa holds 342,276 ordinary shares of RELATECH.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Pasquale Lambardi, on behalf of all the directors and auditors of Relatech, expresses deep gratitude and great appreciation for the contribution made by Dr. Papa during his term of office. The Company will, therefore, proceed as soon as possible with the appointment by co-optation of a new director and promptly inform the market.
