PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Bologna, 3 June 2024

The articles of association containing the amendments pursuant to article 6 ("Share capital"), resolved by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 23 April 2024 and approved by the Institute for the Supervision of Insurance "IVASS" in accordance with the law, are available to the public at the registered office of the company, on the authorized storage mechanism, eMarket Storage () and on the Internet site of the Company www.unipolsai.com (Governance/Corporate Governance System/Companys Laws section).

UnipolSai Assicurazioni

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. is the insurance company of the Unipol Group, Italian leader in the Non-Life Business, in particular in the MV and Health businesses. Also active in Life Business, UnipolSai has a portfolio of over 10 million customers and holds a leading position in the national ranking of insurance groups with direct income amounting to €15.1bn, of which €8.7bn in Non-Life Business and €6.4bn in Life Business (2023 figures).
