Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 27 May – 31 May 2024

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 27 May and 31 May 2024 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 22 April 2024 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 2,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.008% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.8730 per share, for a total of Euro 4,682.55.
Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 27 May and 31 May 2024 are enclosed.
