VOTING SUMMARY AND MINUTES OF MAY 8, 2024 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING MADE AVAILABLE
Milan, 4 June 2024 - Datrix S.p.A. ('Datrix' or the 'Company'), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN code IT00054683) and the parent company of an international group that develops Artificial Intelligence solutions and applications to accelerate data-driven growth for businesses through highly specialised tech companies, announces that the voting summary and the minutes and of the ordinary shareholders' meeting of Datrix S.p.A (the "Company") held in a single call, on 8 May 2024 are available to the public at the registered office, in Milano, Foro Buonaparte 71 and on the Company's website https://investors.datrixgroup.com/en/shareholders-meeting-anddocuments/ as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "EMARKET STORAGE" ().
