Roma, 05/06/2024 – Ai sensi della normativa vigente si rende noto che il testo dello Statuto sociale, aggiornato a seguito delle modifiche approvate dall'Assemblea Straordinaria degli Azionisti in data 24 maggio 2024, iscritto in data 4 giugno 2024 presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma, è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico nei termini di legge (anche in versione con evidenza delle modifiche apportate) presso la sede sociale, presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sul sito internet della Società (www.leonardo.com, sezione Corporate Governance, area Sistema di Governance/Statuto), nonché sul sito internet del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage ().
Il relativo verbale assembleare sarà messo a disposizione del pubblico con le modalità e nei termini previsti dalla disciplina applicabile.

Filing notice: updated Bylaws
Rome, 05/06/2024 – According to applicable law and regulations, notice is hereby given that the text of the Articles of Association, updated following the amendments approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on May 24, 2024, recorded on June 4, 2024 with the Rome Companies' Register, was made available to the public within the statutory deadlines (also in version with evidence of the approved amendements) at the Company's head office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website (www.leonardo.com, section Corporate Governance, Governance Model /By Laws), as well as on the website of the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage ().
The relevant minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public with the modalities and within the deadlines prescribed by the applicable regulations.
