S&P GLOBAL RATINGS RIVEDE L'OUTLOOK DI EDISON DA STABILE A POSITIVO E CONFERMA IL RATING AL LIVELLO BBB/A-2
Milano, 7 giugno 2024 – Edison informa che l'agenzia di rating S&P Global Ratings ha cambiato l'outlook da stabile a positivo e confermato il rating a BBB/A-2.
L'azione sul rating riflette il corrispondente cambiamento nell'outlook di EDF SA (BBB/Positivo/A-2, da BBB/Stabile/A-2) e la forte performance operativa e finanziaria in essere di Edison.

S&P GLOBAL RATINGS REVISES EDISON OUTLOOK TO POSITIVE FROM STABLE AND AFFIRMS RATING AT BBB/A-2
Milan, June 7, 2024 – Edison informs that the rating agency S&P Global Ratings changed the outlook to positive from stable and affirmed the rating at BBB/A-2.
The rating action reflects an equivalent change in the outlook of EDF SA (BBB/Positive/A-2, from BBB/Stable/A-2), and the continuing strong operational and financial performance of Edison.
