L'AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO FABIO BENETTI RIMETTE LE DELEGHE E RINUNCIA ALLA CARICA DI AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO
IL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE CONFERISCE LE DELEGHE E LA CARICA DI AMMINISTRATORE DELEGATO AL PRESIDENTE DEL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE MIRELLA FERRERO
Torino (TO), 10 giugno 2024 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. Società Benefit (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto che in data 10 giugno 2024 il consigliere Fabio Benetti ha rimesso al Consiglio di Amministrazione le deleghe e rinuncia alla carica di Amministratore Delegato della Società con decorrenza dalla data odierna.
La Società rende noto che il Dott. Fabio Benetti manterrà l'incarico di Consigliere all'interno del Consiglio di Amministrazione della OSAI A.S. S.p.A. SB con delega alle strategie in materia di sostenibilità del Gruppo e quale "Responsabile di Impatto" oltreché la carica di Amministratore Delegato della Osai Green Tech Società Benefit S.r.l..
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, preso atto delle decisioni di cui sopra, ha deliberato, in occasione della riunione consigliare, di conferire dalla data odierna le deleghe e la carica di Amministratore Delegato al Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione Mirella Ferrero.
Il Presidente, il Consiglio di Amministrazione e il Collegio Sindacale rivolgono un sincero ringraziamento a Fabio Benetti per il lavoro svolto in questi quattro anni nei quali ha ricoperto il ruolo di Amministratore Delegato.

THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE MANAGER FABIO BENETTI REMITS POWERS BACK TO THE BOARD AND GIVE UP THE POSITION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE MANAGER
THE MANAGEMENT BOARD SHALL CONFER POWERS AND THE POSITION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE MANAGER TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD MIRELLA FERRERO
Turin (TO), 10 June 2024 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. Società Benefit (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that on June 10, 2024, the member of Board Fabio Benetti delegated the powers to the Board of Directors and gave up the position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from today.
The Company announces that Dr. Fabio Benetti will retain the position of Director within the Board of Directors of OSAI A.S. S.p.A. SB with responsibility for the Group's sustainability strategies and as "Impact Manager" as well as the position of Chief Executive Manager of Osai Green Tech Società Benefit S.r.l.
The Board of Directors, having taken note of the resignation mentioned above, decided, at the meeting to advise, to confer from today's date the powers and the Office of Chief Executive Officer to the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mirella Ferrero.
The Chairman, the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors express their sincere thanks to Fabio Benetti for the work he has done over the past four years as Chief Executive Officer.
