FINCANTIERI: PUBLICATION OF THE INTERIM REPORT FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS ENDED AT MARCH 31, 2024

Fincantieri S.p.A. informs that the Interim Report for the first three months ended at March 31, 2024, approved by the Board of Directors on June 11, 2024, together with the independent auditors' report, has been made available to the public, at the registered office of the Company, on the website, www.fincantieri.com, in the Investor Relations/Financial Statements section, as well as the authorized storage mechanism eMarketStorage ().

The first three months financial report as at March 31, 2024 was prepared and subjected to a limited audit exclusively in connection with the capital increase with pre-emption rights approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 11, 2024. Therefore, subsequently the Company will continue to publish additional periodical information (i.e. first and third quarter financial information) unaudited, in simplified form, as a press release, which provides a representation of the business focused on the most relevant information, in compliance with Consob resolution no. 19970 of 26 October 2016.
