Titolo: Nominato Andrea Eliseo nuovo Direttore Finanziario del gruppo Mondo Tv.

Sostituisce il dimissionario Carlo Marchetti.

Roma, 17 giugno 2024 – Mondo Tv S.p.A ("Mondo TV" o la "Società") rende noto che, in data 14 giugno 2024, il dott. Carlo Marchetti ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Chief Financial Officer e dirigente preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari della Società, con efficacia a decorrere dal 17 giugno 2024. In pari data è stato nominato il dott. Andrea Eliseo, già funzionario direttivo e presente nel gruppo Mondo Tv dal 2011, come nuove Direttore Finanziario della società.

Avendo affiancato il dott. Carlo Marchetti in maniera crescente negli ultimi anni, coadiuvandolo nella realizzazione delle relazioni finanziarie è risultata la figura più idonea al fine di garantire la necessaria continuità operativa ed assicurare un'agevole transizione.

La società nei termini di legge procederà a dare comunicazione al mercato della nomina quale dirigente preposto a seguito della approvazione da parte del Consiglio di amministrazione.

Il dott. Marchetti ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni per motivazioni personali, si informa che sulla base delle informazioni a disposizione della società, lo stesso non è titolare di alcuna azione del Gruppo Mondo Tv; si precisa inoltre che il dottor Marchetti non ha diritto ad indennità o altri benefici conseguenti alla cessazione se non quanto previsto dal CCNL di categoria.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione e il Collegio Sindacale ringraziano il dott. Marchetti per la proficua attività sino a oggi svolta a favore della Società e del gruppo Mondo TV. Il dott. Matteo Corradi, CEO di Mondo TV, esprime la massima stima per il dott. Marchetti e desidera ringraziarlo personalmente per i 17 anni di proficua collaborazione in cui é stato capace di gestire la funzione di amministrazione, finanza e controllo nonché formulare i migliori e sinceri auguri al Dott. Eliseo per il suo futuro professionale nei prossimi anni in azienda.

Title: Andrea Eliseo has been appointed as the new Financial Director of the Mondo TV group.

He replaces the resigning Carlo Marchetti.

June 17, 2024 – Mondo TV S.p.A ("Mondo TV" or the "Company") announces that, on 14 June 2024, Dr. Carlo Marchetti resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and manager in charge of preparing the Company's corporate accounting documents, effective from 17 June 2024.

On the same date, Dr. Andrea Eliseo, already a management officer and present in the Mondo TV group since 2011, has been appointed as the new Financial Director of the company.

Having supported Dr. Carlo Marchetti increasingly in recent years, assisting him in the creation of financial reports, has proven to be the most suitable figure in order to guarantee the necessary operational continuity and ensure a smooth transition.

The company will, within the terms of the law, communicate to the market the appointment as responsible manager following approval by the Board of Directors.

Dr. Marchetti has resigned for personal reasons, we inform you that based on the information available to the company, he does not hold any shares in the Mondo TV Group; it is also specified that Dr. Marchetti is not entitled to indemnities or other benefits consequent to the termination other than what is provided for by the category CCNL.

The Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors thank Dr. Marchetti for the profitable activity carried out to date in favor of the Company and the Mondo TV group.

Dr. Matteo Corradi, CEO of Mondo TV, expresses the utmost esteem for Dr. Marchetti and would like to personally thank him for the 17 years of fruitful collaboration in which he was able to manage the administration, finance and control function as well as express the best and sincere wishes to Dr. Eliseo for his professional future in the coming years in the company.
