AVVISO DI DEPOSITO DI DOCUMENTAZIONE

Milano, 20 giugno 2024 – Orsero S.p.A. ("Orsero" o la "Società") rende noto che le informazioni essenziali, redatte ex art. 130 del Regolamento Consob 11971/1999 ("RE") relative alle pattuizioni parasociali contenute nel patto parasociale avente ad oggetto azioni di FIF Holding S.p.A. ("FIF") e Orsero S.p.A. ("Orsero"), attualmente in essere tra sig.ri Anna Chiara Orsero, Antonio Orsero, Raffaella Orsero, Leonardo Ighina, Lorenzo Ighina e Pierangelo Ottonello, complessivamente titolari della totalità del capitale sociale di FIF, ("Patto"), come aggiornate a seguito del rinnovo del Patto intervenuto in data 20 giugno 2024, sono pubblicate, ai sensi dell'art. 130 RE, sul sito internet di BMED all'indirizzo www.orserogroup.it (investors – patti parasociali), unitamente all'avviso che sarà pubblicato in data 21 giugno 2024 sul quotidiano "IlSole24Ore".

NOTICE OF FILING OF DOCUMENT

Milan, 20 June 2024 – Orsero S.p.A. ("Orsero" or the "Company"), informs that the essential information, prepared pursuant to Article 130 of Consob Regulation 11971/1999 ("RE"), relating to the shareholders' agreements contained in the shareholders' agreement concerning the shares of FIF Holding S.p.A. ("FIF") and Orsero S.p.A. ("Orsero"), currently in force between Messrs. Anna Chiara Orsero, Antonio Orsero, Raffaella Orsero, Leonardo Ighina, Lorenzo Ighina and Pierangelo Ottonello, collectively holders of the entire share capital of FIF, ("Agreement"), as updated following the renewal of the Agreement on 20 June 2024, are published, pursuant to art. 130 RE, on BMED's website at www.orserogroup.it (investors shareholders' agreements), together with the notice to be published on 21 June 2024 in the daily newspaper "IlSole24Ore".
