Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 24 June – 28 June 2024

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 24 June and 28 June 2024 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 22 April 2024 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 3,200 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.010% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.8217 per share, for a total of Euro 5,829.50.
Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 24 June and 28 June 2024 are enclosed.
