INTESA SANPAOLO: EXECUTION OF PROGRAMME OF PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES FOR ANNULMENT IN THE PERIOD 1 JULY - 5 JULY 2024
Turin - Milan, 8 July 2024 – With reference to the execution of the programme of purchase of own shares for annulment (buyback), which was disclosed to the market on 27 May 2024 and launched on 3 June 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo, pursuant to Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, communicates that - on the basis of information provided by Goldman Sachs International, the third-party intermediary appointed to execute the programme in full independence and without any involvement of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group from 1 July to 5 July 2024 the Bank executed the purchase transactions summarised in the table below on the regulated market Euronext Milan managed by Borsa Italiana.

From 1 July to 5 July 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo purchased a total of 5,000,000 shares, equal to around 0.03% of its share capital, at an average purchase price of 3.5560 euro per share, for a total countervalue of 17,780,100.00 euro.
As at 5 July 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo had purchased a total of 202,393,499 shares since the launch of the programme, equal to around 1.11% of its share capital, at an average purchase price of 3.4816 euro per share, for a total countervalue of 704,649,848.98 euro.
