MONTINVEST INCREMENTA LA QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE IN SABAF S.P.A.

Sabaf S.p.A. rende noto che l'azionista Montinvest s.r.l. - società controllata dal Dottor Fulvio Montipò (Fondatore e Presidente di Interpump Group S.p.A.) - ha incrementato la propria partecipazione in Sabaf S.p.A., attraverso l'aquisto di n. 75.000 azioni, pari allo 0,59% del capitale sociale. Montinvest detiene pertanto attualmente una partecipazione in Sabaf S.p.A. pari al 9,73% del capitale sociale e al 6,62% dei diritti di voto. Per tutte le azioni detenute Montinvest ha richiesto la maggiorazione del diritto di voto che, ai sensi di statuto, prevede l'attribuzione di due voti per ciascuna azione posseduta in via continuativa da ameno 24 mesi a decorrere dall'iscrizione nel relativo Elenco Speciale.

MONTINVEST INCREASES ITS SHAREHOLDING IN SABAF S.P.A.

Sabaf S.p.A. announces that the shareholder Montinvest s.r.l. - a company controlled by Fulvio Montipò (Founder and Chairman of Interpump Group S.p.A.) - has increased its shareholding in Sabaf S.p.A., through the purchase of 75,000 shares, equal to 0.59% of the share capital. Montinvest thus currently holds 9.73% of the share capital of Sabaf S.p.A. and 6.62% of the voting rights. For all the shares held Montinvest has requested the increase of the voting rights which, according to the company's bylaws, entails the attribution of two votes for each share held continuously for at least 24 months from entry in the Special List.
