BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO SPA RIMBORSA ANTICIPATAMENTE IL TITOLO SUBORDINATO XS2034847637

Facendo seguito all'operazione di liability management perfezionata lo scorso marzo e che ha portato al riacquisto di un importo pari a Euro 108.719.000 dei >toli in ogge?o ("EURO 200,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due July 2029") (i "Titoli"), Banca Popolare di Sondrio annuncia che, in conformità alle previsioni dei Final Terms data> 26 luglio 2019 e al rela>vo Base Prospectus del 6 marzo 2019 (come successivamente supplementato) e avendo ricevuto l'autorizzazione dell'Autorità competente, ha esercitato l'opzione di rimborso integrale dei Titoli in via an>cipata, che avverrà in data 30 luglio 2024.

L'ammontare circolante dell'obbligazione è pari a Euro 91.281.000. I >toli saranno rimborsa> alla pari, insieme a qualsiasi interesse maturato sugli stessi fino alla data di rimborso an>cipato.

BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO SPA EARLY REDEMPTION OF SUBORDINATED BOND XS2034847637

Following the liability management opera>on completed last March and which led to the repurchase of an amount of € 108,719,000 of the men>oned notes ("EURO 200,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due July 2029")("the Securi>es"), Banca Popolare di Sondrio annonces that, in accordance with the provisions of the Final Terms dated July 26, 2019 and with the related Base Prospectus dated March 6, 2019 (as subsequently supplemented) and having received the authoriza>on of the competent Authority, it has exercised the op>on of early redemp>on in whole of the securi>es on July 30, 2024.

The outstanding amount of the bond is € 91,281,000. The early redemp>on of the Notes will be at par, together with any accrued interest un>l the op>onal redemp>on date.
