Landi Renzo: updated calendar for corporate events 2024

Cavriago (RE), July 23, 2024 – Following the press releases of July 10 and July 17, 2024, respectively, in which Landi Renzo announced that it has received the support of the banks for the rescheduling of the medium-and-long-term financing agreements, in the context of a capital strengthening operation that provides for the entry of Fondo salvaguardia imprese, promoted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) and managed by Invitalia, the National Agency for Development, into the shareholding structure of the Company, and the consequent approval by the Board of Directors of the Financial Manoeuvre, the Board of Directors deemed it appropriate, in light of the imminent signing of the agreements inherent to the Financial Manoeuvre, to update the schedule of both Board meetings and Shareholders' meetings published on 26 June, 2024, for approval of the financial results, as follows:

bewteen July 31, 2024 and August 5, 2024	Review and approval of the draft of Separate Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023
between August 2, 2024 and August 7, 2024	Review and approval of the Additional periodic financial Report as of March 31, 2024
September 6, 2024	Review and approval of the Half-Year Financial Report as of June 30, 2024
November 13, 2024	Review and approval of the Additional periodic financial Report as of September 30, 2024

The Board of Directors also expects that the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements as of December 31, 2023 will be held between September 4, 2024 and September 18, 2024 in a single call.

Any changes to the above-mentioned timing will be promptly notified to the market.
