FERRETTI S.P.A. UPDATE OF THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024
Forlì, July 29, 2024 – Ferretti S.p.A. ("Ferretti" or the "Company"), as a partial amendment of the information contained in the 2024 calendar of corporate events published on 30 January 2024, hereby notifies that the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Half-Year Financial Report as at June 30, 2024 will be held on 29 August 2024, rather than 6 September 2024.
The updated corporate events calendar for fiscal year 2024 is therefore as follows.

Upon publication of the financial results, ad-hoc conference calls with the financial community will be held by the Company. Conference calls details will be announced in the results press releases.
