INFORMATIVA SU AZIONI PROPRIE
Firenze - 31 luglio 2024 - El.En. SpA, società leader nel mercato dei laser, quotata all'Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") di Borsa Italiana, rende noto che la quota in natura del compenso annuale 2023 del direttore generale gli è stata corrisposta in data odierna mediante l'assegnazione di nr. 28.500 azioni delle 35.970 azioni detenute in portafoglio.
In data odierna la quantità residua di azioni proprie detenute è pari a 7.470 pari allo 0,00933% del capitale sociale.

REPORT ON TREASURY SHARES
Florence - July 31, 2024 - El.En. SpA, leader on the laser market listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice that the portion of the 2023 annual remuneration of the general manager to be paid in kind was paid to him today by assigning 28,500 shares of the 35,970 shares held as treasury shares.
As of today, the residual quantity of treasury shares held is 7,470 equal to 0.00933% of the share capital.
