Cavriago (RE), August 2, 2024 – Following the press release of July 23, 2024 the following dates for the approval of the financial results are confirmed:

August 5, 2024 Review and approval of the draft of Separate Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023 August 7, 2024 Review and approval of the Additional periodic financial Report as of March 31, 2024
