PUBLICATION OF THE ILLUSTRATIVE REPORT ON THE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA OF THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS 'MEETING OF 6TH SEPTEMBER 2024

Milan, August 16, 2024. Generalfinance S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, today, the explanatory report on the only item on the agenda of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened for the 6 th September 2024 (the "Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting"), is available on the Company's website www.generalfinance.it, in the section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting", at the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage () and at the Company's registered office.

To this purpose, please note that (i) the call notice for the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting and (ii) an extract of the aforementioned call notice, published in the daily newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" on 7 June, have already been made available to the public on the website www.generalfinance.it, in the section "Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/Shareholders' Meeting 2024" on 7 June 2024.
