Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 19 August and 23 August 2024 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 22 April 2024 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 150 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.000% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.8800 per share, for a total of Euro 282.00.
Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 19 August and 23 August 2024 are enclosed.
