ERRATA CORRIGE
Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 26 August 2024 – Esprinet S.p.A informs that the Board of Directors' Explanatory Report relating to the only item on the agenda of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 6 September 2024 has been re-published due to the correction of a material error on page no.6.
The corrected Report has been filed at the Company's registered office in Vimercate (MB), Via Energy Park no. 20, at the authorised storage facility at and on the Company's website at www.esprinet.com in the Investors - Shareholders' Meeting section.
