PRESS RELEASE

COMMUNICATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

(drawn up pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999)

Milan, 29 August 2024. Pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis of the Issuers' Regulation adopted by Consob Resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999 and pending the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for noon on 6 th September 2024, on single call, Generalfinance S.p.A. (the "Company") hereby communicates the total amount of voting rights that can be exercised in relation to the Company's shares, indicating the number of shares that make up the share capital at the record date as referred to in art. 83-sexies, paragraph 2, Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 ("record date").

The following table shows the data relating to the shares in circulation and the number of voting rights:

The Company specifies that there have been no changes (increases or decreases) compared to what was communicated on 15th July 2024. The Company also specifies that it does not hold any treasury shares.
