Communication regarding the total amount of the CIR S.p.A. voting rights

Milan, 29th August 2024 – We hereby notify that, according to art.85-bis, par. 4-bis, Consob Issuer's Regulation and art. 83-sexies, par. 2, Legislative Decree no. 58 /1998, the composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) is unchanged from what already published on 1st August 2024.

Therefore, it is reported that, as of 28th August 2024 (record date for the Shareholders' meeting on 6th September 2024), the total amount of voting rights is equal to 1,560,710,332.

It should be noted that the share capital is equal to Euro 420,000,000 and is made up of no. 1,047,207,314 ordinary shares with no par value.
