We inform that today is available for the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com, under the Investors section) and on the storage system "eMarket Storage" () the documentation indicated below:
- Annual Financial Report as at December 31, 2023 including the draft separate financial statements of Landi Renzo S.p.A. as at December 31, 2023, the consolidated financial statements of Landi Renzo Group as at December 31, 2023, the Report of the Board of Directors on operating performance; the statements in accordance with the article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58/1998 ("TUF"), the Report of the Auditing Firm and the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors; as well the Non-financial information report 2023 in accordance with Legislative Decree 254/2016;
- Report on corporate governance and ownership structure in accordance with the article 123-bis of TUF;
- Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid in accordance with article 123-ter of TUF and article 84-quater of the Issuers' Regulations ("Regolamento Emittenti");
- the Financial statements of relevant foreign subsidiaries not based in the European Union prepared for the purposes of drawing up the consolidated financial statements, in compliance with the provisions of the art. 15 of the Consob "Market Regulations" n. 20249/2017.
