RELATECH: RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD AND CO-OPTION OF A NEW DIRECTOR

Milan, 11 th of September 2024

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), announces that today, Valentina Pippolo resigned from her position as a board member of the company, effective immediately, to pursue new professional opportunities.

Furthermore, based on information provided to the Company, Valentina Pippolo does not hold currently shares in RELATECH.

Pasquale Lambardi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, on behalf of all directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors of Relatech, extends his gratitude to Valentina Pippolo for her valuable contributions and the journey shared.

Following her resignation, the Board of Directors convened today and appointed Marco Marianelli, Senior Investment Manager of Bregal Unternehmerkapital, as a new board member through co-optation.

The Board of Directors, based on the information provided and available to the Company, has confirmed that Marco Marianelli meets the integrity requirements outlined in Article 147-quinquies of the TUF.

As of the date of this press release, Marco Marianelli does not hold any shares in the Company.
