FinecoBank: Dirigente preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari

Si informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione di FinecoBank ha nominato - previo parere favorevole del Collegio Sindacale - il Sig. Erick Vecchi quale Dirigente preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis del TUF e dell'art. 28 dello Statuto sociale, in sostituzione della Sig.ra Lorena Pelliciari che mantiene il ruolo di Chief Financial Officer della Banca.
La nomina del Sig. Vecchi, che ha maturato una significativa esperienza professionale in ambito amministrativo e contabile nel settore bancario ed è in possesso dei requisiti richiesti dalla normativa vigente, ha decorrenza 18 settembre 2024 e si intenderà valida sino alla data dell'Assemblea convocata per l'approvazione del bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2025.

FinecoBank: Manager Responsible for Preparing the Company's Financial Reports
Milan, September 17, 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of FinecoBank has appointed - with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors - Mr Erick Vecchi as Manager Responsible for Preparing the Company's Financial Reports pursuant to art. 154-bis of the TUF and art. 28 of the Articles of Association, in replacement of Ms Lorena Pelliciari, who retains the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Bank.
The appointment of Mr. Vecchi, who has gained significant professional experience in the administrative and accounting field in the banking sector and meets the requirements of the regulations in force, is effective from 18 September 2024 and will be valid until the date of the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements as at 31 December 2025.
