CHANGE IN THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR 2024
Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), September 20, 2024 – Cofle S.p.A. (EGM: CFL) - The Board of Directors of Cofle S.p.A. (EGM:CFL) - a leading company in the design, production, and worldwide marketing of control systems and cables for the off-road vehicles, automotive, and aftermarket sectors – met today and announced, as a variation of the previously communicated schedule, the decision to move forward the Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report as of June 30, 2024, subject to limited audit, to September 23, 2024, instead of the previously scheduled date of September 26, 2024.
Below is the updated corporate events calendar for the 2024 fiscal year:
