ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE CHANGE OF THE SHARE CAPITAL COMPOSITION

Rome, September 23, 2024 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "the Company"), pursuant to Article 85-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, announces the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid) following the execution today of the reverse stock split of no. 80,000,000 existing ordinary shares of doValue into no. 16,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares of doValue, bearing the same characteristics as the issued ordinary shares, in the ratio of n. 1 new ordinary share for every n. 5 existing ordinary shares.

The current composition of the share capital is shown below, with a comparison to the previous share capital and highlighting the change:
