2024 Corporate Events Calendar Update

With reference to the 2024 corporate events calendar, Tessellis S.p.A. announces the change of the date of the meeting to approve the 2024 halfyearly financial report, which will be held on 8 October at 3 p.m., instead of 26 September.
The Company has decided to postpone the approval of the half-yearly report to allow the finalization of the activities necessary for the completion of the consolidated half-yearly financial statements, also in the context of the corporate acquisitions completed during the reporting period.
