FILING OF BY-LAWS

AS RESOLVED BY THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF

SEPTEMBER 11th, 2024

Rome, September 26th, 2024 – The By-laws as amended at the articles 5, 7, 8, 9 and 15 by Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of September 11th, 2024 is available to the public at the registered office, on the Company's website at www.dovalue.it at the section "Governance – Shareholders' Meeting September 11th, 2024" and at the centralized storage mechanism called eMarket Storage accessible at .

Please note that the effectiveness of the registration in Company Register of the additional amendments to the Articles of Association resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting, referred to item 4 on the agenda, extraordinary part, is subject to the completion of the acquisition of Gardant S.p.A. by doValue.
