NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 85-BIS OF THE REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY CONSOB RESOLUTION NO. 11971 DATED MAY 14, 1999, AS AMENDED, AND ARTICLE 2.6.2, PARAGRAPH 1, LETTER A), OF THE MARKET REGULATIONS BOTH ORGANIZED AND MANAGED BY BORSA ITALIANA S.P.A.
Cavriago (RE), September 27, 2024 – Landi Renzo S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Landi Renzo") announces the new composition of its share capital (fully subscribed and paid-in), as resulting from the approval by Landi Renzo's Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, which took place on September 24, 2024, by deed notarized by Notary Carlo Marchetti (rep. 17753; racc. 9615) and filed with the Companies' Register of Emilia on September 26, 2024, the elimination of the indication of the express nominal value of Landi Renzo's ordinary shares and the consequent amendment of Article 5 of the Company's bylaws.
