Cavriago (RE), September 27, 2024 – Landi Renzo S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on September 24, 2024 is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com in the Investors section) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" ().
The minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 24 September 2024 will be made public within the terms of the law.
