Landi Renzo: Filing of the new Company Bylaws
Cavriago (RE), September 30, 2024 – Landi Renzo S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that the amended Bylaws approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on September 24, 2024 is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com in the Investors section) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" ().
