RETTIFICA AL COMUNICATO DEL 9 SETTEMBRE 2024 VARIAZIONE ORARIO DELL'ASSEMBLEA DEI PORTATORI DI "WARRANT OSAI A.S. S.P.A. 2020-2025"

Torino (TO), 1 ottobre 2024 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, precisa che l'Assemblea dei Portatori di "Warrant OSAI A.S. S.p.A. 2020-2025" avente all'ordine del giorno il seguente punto:

• Modifica del Regolamento dei "Warrant Osai A.S. S.p.A. 2020-2025" con riferimento ai periodi di esercizio e al termine di scadenza. Deliberazioni inerenti e conseguenti.

si svolgerà il 15 ottobre alle ore 11, in prima convocazione e, occorrendo, in seconda convocazione, il 17 ottobre stessa ora e non il 15 ottobre alle ore 15, come da precedente comunicato stampa pubblicato in data 9 settembre 2024.

L'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea dei portatori dei "Warrant OSAI A.S. S.p.A. 2020-2025" è stato pubblicato entro i termini di legge e di statuto ed indica altresì le modalità di partecipazione all' adunanza assembleare in conformità a quanto previsto dalla normativa pro tempore vigente.

CORRECTION TO THE PRESS RELEASE OF SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2024 TIME CHANGE OF THE MEETING OF THE HOLDERS OF "OSAI A.S. S.P.A. 2020-2025 WARRANTS"

Turin, October 1st, 2024 –Osai Automation System S.p.A. Benefit Company (Ticker: OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, specifies that the Meeting of the Holders of "OSAI A.S. S.p.A. 2020-2025 Warrants" with the following item on the agenda:

• Amendment of the Regulations of the "Osai A.S. S.p.A. 2020-2025 Warrants" with reference to the exercise periods and the expiry date. Related and consequent resolutions.

It will take place on 15 October at 11 a.m., in first call and, if necessary, in second call, on 17 October at the same time and not on 15 October at 3 p.m., as per the previous press release published on 9 September 2024.

The notice of call of the Meeting of the holders of the "OSAI A.S. S.p.A. 2020-2025 Warrants" has been published within the terms of the law and the Articles of Association and also indicates the procedures for participation in the Shareholders' Meeting in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force at the time.
