MAPS GROUP AWARDED A CONTRACT WORTH OVER HALF A MILLION EUROS FOR A PATIENT JOURNEY SYSTEM FOR THE LABORATORIES OF THE MARCHE REGION

The new system will be integrated with the existing laboratory information platform, also provided by Maps Group, confirming the quality and continuity of the solutions offered

MAPS (MAPS; IT0005364333), an Innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan, operating in the digital transformation sector, announces that it has been awarded, through the RTI composed exclusively of its subsidiaries Artexe S.p.A. and SCS Computers S.r.l., the contract for the supply of a digital patient journey system for the analysis laboratories of the Marche Region.

The proposed solution is based on a "phygital" approach, consisting of two integrated and complementary components:

• The "ZeroCoda" solution, which represents the mobile app for digital interaction between services and patients;
• The MrYou reception management system with multifunctional self-service kiosks and waiting room monitors, responsible for managing patient reception upon their arrival at the facility.

Lastly, the system will be integrated with the management software, also from Maps Group, currently used by the analysis laboratories of the Region, providing patients with multichannel access (from counters, kiosks, or mobile devices) to services such as: booking exams and tests, booking a place in the queue, check-in, payment, and report collection.

The contract, subject to the acquisition of the anti-mafia information, provides for a payment of over €550,000 plus VAT and a duration of 21 months for implementation and testing.

Maps Group ended 2023 with consolidated revenues of 27.5 million euros (+11% compared to 2022), an EBITDA of 5.0 million euros (18% EBITDA Margin), and a Net Financial Position of 12.5 million euros (13.8 million euros in 2022).

Confirming the transformation of its business model, over the last five years Maps Group has almost quintupled its revenues from products (22.3 million in 2023, representing 83% of consolidated revenues) and more than quadrupled its recurring revenues (11.3 million in 2023, accounting for 41% of consolidated revenues), consolidating scalability and diversification, at the expense of a decrease in tailor-made projects that previously characterized the revenue structure.

The organic growth has always been complemented by significant M&A activity. Over the years, several companies have been acquired: IG Consulting S.r.l. (2011), Artexe S.p.a. (2018), Roialty S.r.l.
