Milano, 3 ottobre 2024 – Si informa che in data odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Fiera Milano S.p.A. (di seguito, la "Società" e/o "Fiera Milano") ha deliberato di convocare l'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti, in unica convocazione, per il giorno 5 novembre 2024 alle ore 15.00, al fine di discutere e deliberare in merito agli argomenti all'ordine del giorno di seguito riportati:

CONVOCAZIONE DELL' ASSEMBLEA DEGLI AZIONISTI

• 1. Aggiornamento della Politica di Remunerazione 2024: delibera vincolante sulla Sezione Prima della Relazione sulla Politica in materia di Remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ai sensi dell'articolo 123-ter del D.Lgs. 58/1998.
• 1. Approvazione di un piano di azionariato diffuso ai sensi dell'articolo 114-bis del D.Lgs. 58/1998.

I seguenti documenti saranno resi disponibili nella giornata di venerdì 4 ottobre 2024, presso la sede sociale, sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato e sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it, alla sezione Investitori, Governance, Assemblea degli Azionisti:

• − Avviso di Convocazione dell'Assemblea e relativo estratto;
• − Relazioni Illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione sulle materie all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea.

NOTICE OF CALL OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Milan, 3 October 2024 – It is hereby announced that today the Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. (hereinafter, the "Company" and/or "Fiera Milano") has resolved to convene the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, in a single call, on 5 November 2024 at 3:00 p.m., to discuss and resolve on the topics on the agenda outlined below:

• 1. Update of the 2024 Remuneration Policy: binding resolution on the First Section of the Report on the Remuneration Policy and remuneration paid pursuant to Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
• 1. Approval of an employee stock ownership plan pursuant to Article 114-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998.

The following documents will be made available on Friday 4 October 2024, at the Company's registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism , and on the Company's website www.fieramilano.it, in the Investors, Governance, Shareholders' Meeting section:

• − Notice of Call of the Shareholders' Meeting and its summary;
• − Explanatory Reports of the Board of Directors on the matters on the agenda of the Meeting.
