Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 30 September – 4 October 2024

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 30 September and 4 October 2024 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 22 April 2024 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 3,000 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.009% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.0443 per share, for a total of Euro 6,133,00.
Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 30 September and 4 October 2024 are enclosed.
