PROPOSTA DELIBERAZIONE INTEGRAZIONE COLLEGIO SINDACALE
Torino (TO), 8 ottobre 2024 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto che, in data odierna, l'azionista Mirella Ferrero – titolare complessivamente di n. 8.254.000 azioni ordinarie di Osai A.S. S.p.A S.B., pari al 51,17 % del capitale sociale - ha depositato una proposta di deliberazione relativa all'integrazione del Collegio sindacale di cui al primo punto all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti del 15 ottobre.
La suddetta proposta di deliberazione è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della società in Torino, via Sondrio 13, e sul sito internet all'indirizzo https://osaias.com/investor-relations/shareholders-meetings, Assemblea degli Azionisti - OSAI Automation Systems (osai-as.com) alla sezione Assemblea 15 Ottobre 2024.

RESOLUTION PROPOSAL ON INTEGRATION OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Turin, October 8th, 2024 –Osai Automation System S.p.A. Benefit Company (Ticker: OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that, today, the shareholder Mirella Ferrero – holder of a total of 8.254.000 ordinary shares of Osai A.S. S.p.A. S.B., equal to 51.17% of the share capital – deposited a proposed resolution on the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors referred to in the first item on the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
