Landi Renzo: updated calendar for corporate events 2024

Cavriago (RE), October 14, 2024 – Following what previously communicated, most recently on July 23, 2024, Landi Renzo S.p.A. announces that, for reasons related to the execution of the ongoing capital increases, the meeting of the Board of Directors for the examination and approval of the additional periodic financial information as of September 30, 2024, previously scheduled for November 13, 2024, will have place in advance on November 6, 2024.

Any changes to the above-mentioned timing will be promptly notified to the market.
