PRESS RELEASE
Poste Italiane announces that it has initiated, jointly with the Ministry of Economics and Finance (MEF), the procedure with Consob for the approval of the prospectus for the share offering by the MEF itself, following the approval of the Prime Minister's Decree dated September 17. This proceeding has been temporarily halted pending ongoing decisions and evaluations regarding the manner and timing of the offering.
