NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE UPDATED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
Milan, 21 October 2024 – Generalfinance S.p.A. announces that the updated Articles of Association, following the introduction, inter alia, of enhanced multiple voting rights (approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on September 6, 2024, as previously communicated on October 10 of this year), is available to the public at the company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.generalfinance.it, under the "Corporate Governance/Articles of Association" and "Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" sections), and through the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage ().
